Responsibilities:
Scope of works:
- To implement and execute occupational health, safety and environment programs for all employees, contractors and visitors related to Geocycle activities, waste processing facilities and where required waste customers.
- To ensure that Geocycle activities meet with relevant Indonesian legal requirement, company policies, related OHS & environmental standards (OHSAS 18001, ISO 14001) and Holcim standards & policies
Requirements:
1. Education:
- Technical education background.
2. Experience:
- Minimum 1 year in current position
- Safety & Health and Environmental work experience & qualification.
- Experience in chemical / cement industries and/or waste management company and hands on experience in dealing with hazardous and non-hazardous materials for 2 years
3. Computer literacy:
- Computer literacy ; SAP, Office & Lotus Notes
Language:
- Good communication skills in Bahasa and English ( oral and written )
- Other qualification / skills:
- Expert on General Occupational Health & Safety
- Expert on Industrial Hygiene
- Knowledge of hazardous and non hazardous waste management.
- Knowledge of regulation and requirements related to Geocycle activities
- Knowledge of emergency response and preparedness
- Able to do accident investigation
- Environmental impact assessment, hazard identification, risk assessment & deliver preventive & corrective actions needed
