Leasing Specialist - Jakarta

Responsibilities: 

Leasing Specialist will be responsible to support the delivery of all property projects in Indonesia related to the branch expansion through identification of sites suitable for relevant ANZ Business Unit and finalisation of leases on these sites. The incumbent will also need to ensure that all leases are compliant to ANZ standard and within the total budgeted cost for the financial year.


Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years experience in leasing with a major company
• Market knowledge of rental rates in Jakarta and other major cities in Indonesia
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
