Requirements:

Task & Responsibility :

• Deliver Training module
• Developing Training Module
• Evaluate training materials prepared by instructors, such as outlines, text, or handouts.
• Monitor training costs to ensure budget is not exceeded, and prepare budget reports to justify expenditures.
• To plan, conduct, coordinate and implement a comprehensive training program for the sales staff.
• To ensure that all sales professionals have a thorough knowledge of the product, retail operations and selling techniques such as overcoming resistance and consultative selling techniques.

Qualification:

• Max. 35 years old, preferable Male
• Having experience min. 4 years in related position.
• Excellent Presentation Skills, Training Management, Meeting Management, Team work.
• Excellent Interpersonal skill, communication and Negotiation skill.
• Good appearance, self motivated, fast learner, energetic ambitious
• Computer literate and fluent in Microsoft Office Application
