Sales Trainer
Task & Responsibility :
- Deliver Training module
- Developing Training Module
- Evaluate training materials prepared by instructors, such as outlines, text, or handouts.
- Monitor training costs to ensure budget is not exceeded, and prepare budget reports to justify expenditures.
- To plan, conduct, coordinate and implement a comprehensive training program for the sales staff.
- To ensure that all sales professionals have a thorough knowledge of the product, retail operations and selling techniques such as overcoming resistance and consultative selling techniques.
Qualification:
- Max. 35 years old, preferable Male
- Having experience min. 4 years in related position.
- Excellent Presentation Skills, Training Management, Meeting Management, Team work.
- Excellent Interpersonal skill, communication and Negotiation skill.
- Good appearance, self motivated, fast learner, energetic ambitious
- Computer literate and fluent in Microsoft Office Application
