Quarry Face Team Leader

Scope of works:
As Quarry Face Team Leader, the incumbent will be responsible to supply raw material tocrusher in accordance with the quantity and quality specified in the shift. Moreover, the incumbent will also responsible to loading final product to truck and maintain stock pile. The assignment will be covering but not limited to:
- Coordinate and manage team member in quarry
- Evaluate daily performance of the quarry
- Coordinateand supervise the activities of loading and the carriage from loading point to the Crusher.
- Create mine plan design
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Engineering (Civil and Mining is preferable)
- Min. 5 years of relevant work experience in mining
- Microsoft office, Auto CAD, preferably experience with mine planning
- Good in English And Bahasa
- Have intermediate to advanced knowledge of mining (include UU Keselamatan Kerja Tambang)
- Mastery the working ways of Heavy Equipment (Excavator, Bulldozer, Loader, Dump truck)
- Demonstrate ability to read mining map
- Ability to coordinate and manage subordinate.
- Effective communication skills
